Robyn Sevastos (Music Director) graduated from Melbourne Universiry with a B.Mus., with First Class Honours in Performance. She performed extensively in Ausralia as a piano soloist and accompanist before moving to England to continue her studies with Ruth Nye where she obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Piano Accompaniment at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and an A.R.C.M Dploma in performance. She has accompanied a broad spectrum of singers and instrumentalists and is currently a repetiteur, accompanist and music director for a number of opera companies and musical organisations, including Kentish Opera, Pimlico Opera, Mid-Wales Opera, Hastings Opera, Cameo Opera, Arts Anglia, The Malcolm Sargent Festival Choir and London Opera Players. Robyn is Music Director of both Sevenoaks and Bromley Philharmonic Choirs, and has conducted major choral works including the Brahms and Verdi Requiems, Mendelssohn's Elijah and Hymn of Praise and Rossini's Petite Messe Solenelle. Opera she has conducted include La Traviata, Falstaff, Madama Buterfly, Tosca, The Marriage of Figaro, Cosi fan Tutti, Don Giovani, The Italian Girl in Algiers, Carmen, Iolanthe, The Magic Flute and HMS Pinafore.
