Luke Birchenhough (Frederick Fleet) joined WWOS in 2000 to play the title role in Oliver!. Since then he has appeared for WWOS as Joe (Pickwick) at the Minack Theatre, Chulalongkorn (The King and I) and in Fiddler on the Roof.  He is very excited to have been given his first adult role with the company – Oliver has grown up!  He is a pupil at Wilson’s School, where he recently appeared as Mr Bumble (Oliver!)  and co-choreographed their junior production of Bugsy Malone.  He has also appeared in pantomime at the Churchill Theatre as John Darling (Peter Pan). Luke attends the Debbie Fyffe Theatre School where he studies modern, jazz, tap, ballet, drama and musical theatre.
